PDC Poker   starstarstarstar

PDC Poker is a fantastic poker room for players who are new to the game or simply enjoy an easy to use interface that allows you to play poker without a lot of extraneous graphics jumping harassing your eyeballs. As usual, the Merge Gaming Network creates poker software that loads fast and works well. Reputation and security are strong at PDC, thanks to the oversight of the Canada-based Kahnawake Gaming Commission. If you are English-speaking poker player, you will find the support via email and live chat excellent at PDC. Bonuses and promotions are frequent and plentiful at PDC, with some truly huge bonus payouts possible. Deposits and withdrawals flow most smoothly through either Neteller or Click2Pay.

Ratings for PDC Poker
Ease of Use:starstarstarstarstar

The first thing you notice when you visit PDC Poker is the slick, intuitive interface that makes for a welcoming poker portal. Unlike some other poker sites that can require weeks of learning, PDC Poker keeps the focus on keeping the user experience easy. Downloading the software is easy, using the software is easy, and frankly with some of the cod and guppies you can find on this site, taking money off the PDC tables can be easy if you're a good player. Five stars.

Reputation/Security:starstarstarstar

PDC Poker operates under the supervision and provenance of the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, a Canada-based organization that has a good degree of credibility in North America and worldwide. The random number generator (RNG) used by PDC Poker is audited by and vouched for by Kahnawake, providing a nice complement to the technical security measures that are part of the Merge Gaming Network of which PDC is a part. Hoping to keep beginning poker players happy, PDC is extremely active in monitoring user accounts for signs of fraud.

Customer Service:StarStarStarStar

Unlike sister site CarbonPoker.com, the support systems at PDC Poker are full grown and comprehensive. You can reach staff via email or live chat 24 hours per day. Support staff is especially knowledgeable, it seems like this company does a good job of retaining employees. So why do we dock them a star, if they support players this well? Well, because their multi-language capabilities are lacking, English preferred here; support of non-English speakers could be improved to enlarge the pool of poker players who can enjoy PDC.

Bonuses Paid:StarStarStarStar

The sign-up bonus is a standard 100 percent of your first $600, so if you put in $600 for your first deposit, PDC will stake you another $600 to get you going. That's about average for the industry, but PDC does do a good job of keeping things interesting by constantly hosting tournaments and promotions with big dollar figures at the end of the rainbow. On the downside, the "points" system employed by PDC can be confusing--we would prefer less terms and conditions, and more cold hard cash deposited into player accounts.

Ease of Account Deposit/Withdrawal:starstarstarstar

As is the case with most poker rooms these days, you can deposit and withdraw via credit card but it can be a hassle. Because PDC operates in North America, within earshot of U.S. Congress, they are especially careful about following every last payment processing legality (read: to withdraw, you must verify your ID). Netteller and Click2Pay are the best deposit and withdrawal methods to use at PDC Poker. Once you have your Netteller or Click2Pay account verified by PDC, you can get withdrawals instantly, giving frequent cash-out players a compelling reason to patronize PDC.
